How to calculate the cost of building a new house. The cost of building a new house does not have to be a mystery. Divide it into its components to estimate how much it will cost. Collect all like hand labor, materials and the potential costs of license / permit. It is best to be generous in your calculations instead of staying short in the end.

- Get a map of the house for your new home.
- You decide what kind of materials you use (think floors, windows, roofs, structure, coating) and get the prices of supplies.
- Decides the number of contractors who want to work. - Add the costs of quotas permits construction, architectural fees, insurance, financing fees and legal costs to arrive at the total cost of building the house.
